Where do you ship from?

Your orders are shipped from our HQ in Sydney, Australia.

    How long does it take to deliver?

    USA & CANADA: Fedex/DHL  Express Shipping: 3 to 6 days. 
    Australia: FREE Standard Australian Post 3-8 days. 
    Australia Post Express Shipping 1-3 business days. 
    Europe: Fedex Express Shipping: 3 to 6 days. 
    Rest of the world: Fedex Express Shipping: 5-10 days. 
    Every customer receives a shipping notification once the parcel leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update.  
    We take 24h-48hs to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. 
    Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.

    If 10 business days have passed since you received the first shipping notification, please contact us at hello@bonitojewelry.com.
    Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country, in which the customer will be responsible for covering. 

    Can my parcel be redirected? 

    We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

    All Australian orders receive FREE Australian Post Standard Shipping.

    Warranty?

    Your jewelry purchased via www.bonitojewelry.com will be under warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you experience any problems with your jewelry, please reach out to us within 14 days of purchase, at hello@bonitojewelry.com.
    Each case will be analyzed thoroughly by the Bonito team. If Bonito Jewelry is responsible because of a manufacturing issue, we will repair it for you, free of charge. 

    Problems with your delivery address?

    If AusPost, DHL, USPS or FedEx tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first call the carrier and provide either another secure address, or inform them that you will pick up the parcel at the closest post office to your delivery address.
