Once your friend has made a purchase, you will receive a confirmation that they have purchased as well as your discount code in your inbox. Please allow up to 6 hours to receive your referral discount after your friend has made a purchase.

Yes. Bonito Circle referral discounts are valid for 90 days.

If the recipient cancels the order, you will still receive your discount as a special thank you for referring us.

The Bonito Circle is our loyalty program designed to thank you for taking your jewelry journey with us! Once you join, you can start collecting points from actions like making a purchase, referring a friend, writing a review, and sharing your love for us on social media.

We like to keep it simple. Just create an account with us and you’ll be part of the Bonito Circle. You will automatically receive 250 points.

If you already have an account, you will automatically be enrolled and receive your 250 welcome points.

You can earn points via the following actions:

• Sign up: New customers who sign up for the program will get started with 250 points! If you have an existing account, you will automatically be enrolled and receive your 250 welcome points.
• Purchases: All qualifying purchases earn 10 points for every dollar spent.
• Social Sharing: Follow us on Instagram for 500 points.
• Subscribe to our newsletter: We respect your privacy, and we promise to only deliver value to your inbox. Subscribe to our newsletter for 1000 points (that’s 10% OFF)!
• Reviews: Leave a product review for 1000 points! A maximum of one review per purchase will be rewarded.  
• Birthday Point: Celebrate your birthday with an additional 500 points!
• Refer a friend: You and your friend will both receive a 15% discount code for your purchase, once your friend completes their purchase. You can refer to as many friends as you like!

Click on the Bonito Circle button on the lower right-hand corner, and log in. There, you can choose to redeem your points for coupons (in denominations of 5% to 20%) valid towards a future Bonito purchase.

Yes. Bonito Points are eligible for redemption up to twelve (12) months from the date they are originally earned. Please make sure you spend your points within the twelve (12) month validity period to retain your balance.

Click on the Bonito Circle button on the lower right-hand corner, and log in. You will be able to see your balance for the points you accumulated.

Once you are signed in, click on Earn Bonito Points on your Bonito Circle dashboard and choose Refer a friend. Write a message to your friend and don’t forget to paste the link.

Not to worry? Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply points to your account. If you don’t see the points in your accounts after 24 hours, please email us at hello@bonitojewelry.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it for you.

Your birthday Bonito Points will land in your account on your birth date, and will be valid for 1 year.

Any points associated with that order will be deducted from your Bonito Circle account balance.

We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to leave the Bonito Circle program, please email us at hello@bonitojewelry.com and we will deactivate your account. Please note that deactivating your account will cause you to lose any accrued points. You may re-enroll in the program at any time, however, your points balance will reset to zero.
