Your orders are shipped from our Showroom in Sydney, Australia.
You have the option to choose your shipping service at checkout.
Every customer receives a shipping notification once the parcel leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update.
We take 24h-48hs to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.
Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
International orders might be subject to duties and taxes which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These costs must be paid by the customer. All orders are shipped from our showroom in Sydney, Australia.
Bonito does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Should you decide to deny the shipment due to duties and other fees, the package will be returned back to us and you will be refunded for the order after deducting the return shipping fee.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150.
Your jewelry purchased via www.bonitojewelry.com will be under manufacturing warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you experience manufacturing problems with your jewelry, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Each case will be analyzed thoroughly by the Bonito team. If Bonito Jewelry is responsible because of a manufacturing issue, we will send you a replacement or credit voucher, free of charge.
If DHL, USPS, FedEx, or any other shipping carrier's tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first call the carrier and provide either another secure address, or inform them that you will pick up the parcel at the closest post office to your delivery address.
It is very important to add your correct shipping address when you place your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have a 10 to 12-hour window to make a request for the package to be rerouted from the moment you make the purchase; however, we cannot guarantee the change will be doable as it depends where the package is in the shipping process. Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service and we will be able to assist you.
